Nature of Investment

Investing through Tmallak is an economic participation in specific properties under the legal structure disclosed for each opportunity, subject to availability and full funding.

Payment and Verification

Any investment is confirmed only after manual verification of the transfer by the Tmallak team. An investment is not considered confirmed before that.

Fees

Tmallak retains a share of each property's income in exchange for managing it, as disclosed on each opportunity's page and adjustable by the platform.

Changes

Tmallak may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes.
